Looma is a habit tracking web application that allows users to create habits, log completions, and visualize progress over time. Looma is provided free of charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Looma. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties.
• You may delete your account at any time. All data will be permanently erased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Looma for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the application

6. Your Data

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Looma running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, or update the service at any time. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service interruptions, though we take reasonable steps to prevent this.

Looma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors or that it will meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Austrian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Looma.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Looma after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Austria.
